New Beginning and more!

Last week, was my first week as a supervisor! I had a lot of learning and catching up to do plus I had to read SOPs. I was so into trying to have updates of everything for our daily meetings and catch up with the emails that I haven't had got the chance to finish my SOPs first!
I still feel unreal about being a supervisor! I have started delegating tasks and can't wait to become as efficient as I can! I am trying to evaluate my time and find ways to finish work during the 8.5 hour work time rather than stay longer! My slogan for life is that we are not living to work but the other way around so we should enjoy our life as much as we can.

I have to finish off my notes about FLL program and be full time working in my new role. I must say Friday was the day that I realized how lucky I am to be in this role. I not only am learning new things everyday but learn how to deal with different situations!

Pishi and I have to finish off our home decoration as Pishi's parents will join us by mid June. I am going to start working out and look for project management courses in September!
